New duo with Ida Meidell Blylod & Johan Hedin

Meidell_Hedin

Ida Meidell Blylod and Johan Hedin first met during EBU live broadcast concert Aurora Bachealis arranged by Stockholm Early Music Festival for REMA:s European Day of Early Music in 2015. As a duo, they premiered in the summer of 2019 at the Korrö Folk Music Festival in Sweden with a concert that was acclaimed for it’s distinctive sound and personal interpretation of Swedish traditional music and it’s connection to baroque music.

They enjoy making music together and thrive off each others musical backgrounds, both being part of a living tradition where a musician is also an arranger and composer, as well as interpreting old music.

Hazelius Hedin make acoustic house concerts

Hazelius Hedin make a series of acoustic house concerts in Sweden during February 2019.
That will give an opportunity to hear the instruments’ natural sounds and experience the
music really close.

Austrian Radio Writes About Bazar Blå
